With an annual automotive industry show set on the national stage (NADA stands for National Automobile Dealers Association, after all), it’s no wonder the NADA Convention is considered to be the top retail automotive event of the year. On average, more than 10,000 dealerships, including over 70% of the Top 150, are represented at the conference.
In 2024, the NADA Convention will be “Driving the Future” by delivering valuable opportunities to network with colleagues, shop for product innovations and solutions, and learn about cutting-edge dealership strategies and emerging industry trends.
Read on to learn more about NADA 2024 and its host city.
The dates for the NADA Show are February 1-4, 2024, with the Expo running February 2-4, 2024.
In addition to the aforementioned dates for the Show and Expo, the following dates are of the utmost importance to NADA 2024 attendees and exhibitors:
The location of NADA 2024 is Las Vegas, Nevada. More specifically, the NADA Conference 2024 will take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, officially located at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
Please note that the map below will take you to the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, where the NADA 2024 event's main lobby and on-site registration area will be found:
The Las Vegas Convention Center is a 4.6 million-square-foot facility operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). One of the busiest facilities in the world, the Las Vegas Convention Center features approximately 2.5 million square feet of exhibit space and 225 meeting rooms (more than 390,000 square feet) to handle seating capacities ranging from 20 to 2,500. Two grand lobby and registration areas, one located in the West Hall and the other in the Central Hall (more than 260,000 square feet), efficiently link existing exhibit halls with new exhibit and meeting rooms, allowing simultaneous set-up, break-down and exhibiting of multiple events.
Parking is available for over 10,000 cars at the Las Vegas Convention Center. According to the NADA 2024 Exhibitor FAQs, the current parking fee is $10 per space, with in and out privileges. Cash or credit cards are accepted. Anyone leaving the property and planning to return the same day can show a paid parking receipt for re-entry. Re-entry is subject to availability. Vehicles taking up more than one standard parking space will be charged accordingly upon entry. Overnight parking is prohibited on property. Vehicles left on the property overnight will be towed at the owner's expense. Vehicles must fit within two parking spaces, lengthwise.
The Las Vegas Convention Center is located fewer than four miles from the Las Vegas/Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), within a short distance of approximately 150,000 hotel guest rooms. Maritz (formerly Experient) has been identified by NADA as the official contractor for housing in 2024, but event-specific details about lodging are still forthcoming.
In terms of ground transportation to/from the Las Vegas Airport/Convention Center, check out the following helpful resources:
As one of the top travel destinations in the United States, the Las Vegas area garners approximately 40 million visitors annually. Boasting mouth-watering culinary adventures, premier shopping, bustling nightlife, awe-inspiring attractions, gambling, gaming, and more, the NADA 2024 host city has much to offer.
Located in the Pacific Time Zone — just 37 miles northwest of the Hoover Dam Visitor Center in Boulder City, Nevada; 272 miles northeast of the city of Los Angeles, California; and 302 miles northwest of the city of Phoenix, Arizona, the city of Las Vegas, Nevada has a subtropical hot desert climate with generally short winters featuring mild days and cool nights.
