about us
The auto retailing and financing process was broken. So we decided to fix it. Customers were tired of the old way of buying a car. Of visiting dealership after dealership just to play the “payment game” with a parade of sales and finance representatives and leaving hours later feeling taken advantage of. Buyer behavior and expectations had been changing for years. It was time that the industry caught up.
It was with this realization that Walser Automotive Group created FUSE—a single end-to-end finance management system that supports the way auto buyers want to shop for and purchase a car.

We set out to help dealerships deliver the digital experience customers demand—with full transparency into pricing and payments, easy access to multiple lending options, a single point-of-contact sales process, and a seamless transition from online to in-store.
Since then, we’ve helped more than 300 dealerships and dealer groups transform how they do business, streamlining their systems and processes to create a superior digital and in-person experience that moves customers from shopping to signing in less than an hour.
HOW WE GOT HERE
In July, Ally Bank joined Fuse Finance Marketplace. Fuse won two AWA Awards in March, shortly followed by the Transact and Digital Retail production being released across April through July.
The future of Fuse is centered around reducing transaction times, increasing profitability, and enhancing the ease of doing business (for both the dealership and the consumer).
The start of everything! Fuse is imagined inside Walser Automotive Group March 2012.
In April of 2020, the decision was
made to “spin-off” Fuse into a separate company and Fuse Autotech, Inc was officially formed in August. Later that year, Walser passed 500,000 transactions processed with Fuse.
In January of 2021, Fuse hired their first employees and work began to build an improved Fuse using open source, cloud based architecture. In June of 2021, Desking production was released.

The problem with this industry, and why it takes so long to complete a car deal, is that all of us dealers have to work in 10 to 15 different pieces of software. How do you create one system that integrates them all and seamlessly does all the work behind the scenes? Does all the heavy lifting, so there's only one single entry point? FUSE not only makes that possible - it makes the entire transaction happen faster than ever before.
